Cabinet Henri II style. Carved in oak in geometrical design and columns, influenced by the taste of the late 17th century . The top opens up forming a standing up writing desk on its 3/4 size high. Typical cabinet used in the post office in the second part of the 19th century.

The Transition period is the period between the Louis XVth and the Louis XVIth period, recognizable by the mix between the 2 styles. Here we note that the legs are still curved in the Louis XVth style and the design of the marquetry is already straight in the Louis XVIth style.

Important regional style sideboard “enfilade” made of a beautiful type of oak. This piece is a typical example of provincial furniture from the XVIIIth Century.
